Tiny Handz has developed a Sign Language Programme to teach all who care for children, such as parents, caregivers, educationalists, therapists and other family members, the basic signs necessary to enable them to teach their children.The training focuses on common information categories such as food, animals, family and people, weather and nature, emotions etc.

Sign language provides many social, emotional, cognitive and communication benefits such as stimulation of speech and language development, reduction of negative social behaviours, increase in social interaction and bonding between the caregiver and child.

Training is provided all over South Africa.
